What is CBT therapy?

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a process that puts you back in control.
If you feel like your thoughts are pulling you down, that your fears are controlling you, or that self-criticism won't leave – this treatment is for you.
During the sessions, we will learn to identify the thinking patterns that fuel the difficulty, understand how they were created, and build a new relationship with them – one that allows for freedom, choice, and healthier coping. Together, we will practice practical tools that are appropriate for life itself – ones that you can take home with you and use every day.
CBT is a focused, precise, and deep treatment – that combines understanding and action. It not only helps me understand why I feel this way – but also what I can do about it.

What is treated with CBT?

חרדות

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is a proven and effective treatment for dealing with anxiety.
By combining identifying inhibitory thought patterns with practical practice of changing responses and behaviors, you can significantly reduce anxiety levels, build a sense of control, and return to living a fuller life.

פוביות

A phobia is an intense, focused fear of a specific object or situation – but it is treatable.
Through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), it is possible to understand the roots of fear, challenge the thought patterns that fuel it, and go through a gradual process of exposure that reduces the intensity of anxiety - until true liberation from the phobia.

ערך עצמי

Low self-esteem affects every area of life – but it can be strengthened.
In the CBT approach, we work on identifying negative beliefs about yourself, examining where they come from, and learning to build a new self-perception – based on reality, strengths, and successes. Change starts from within – and manifests outward.

Love Yourself

דכאון קל עד בינוני

Mild to moderate depression can affect mood, motivation, and daily functioning – but it is treatable.
Through CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), you can identify negative thought patterns, change habits that fuel depression, and gradually build a sense of vitality, hope, and control over life.
