Dr. Karin Eines
I am the Captain.
Mental resilience as an engine of organizational growth
Developing managerial and team resilience in a changing world of work
Through CBT-based tools, mental training, and systemic health promotion
Successful organizations do not rely solely on strategy.
They rely on people who know how to handle pressure, make decisions, lead change, and maintain clarity even under pressure.
I accompany organizations, management teams, and teams in the processes of developing mental resilience and managerial identity.
The work combines research-based tools from the world of CBT, mental training from the world of sports, and a systemic approach that grew out of 20 years of management experience and leading organizations.
The goal is clear:
Turn personal resilience into an organizational advantage.

I'm Dr. Karin Eines
PhD Health Promotion, expert in mental resilience in organizations, lecturer and developer of in-depth processes for developing management and teams.
CBT therapist, NLP master and mental coach, with over two decades of experience in managing and leading organizations.
I began my professional career in the world of financial management and then as CEO of an international sports organization. For over twenty years, I led complex processes, built teams, and operated in environments of high change and pressure. This experience taught me that organizational success does not rely solely on strategy, but on human resilience, clarity of thought, and the ability to handle complexity.
Continuing my path, I delved deeper into the world of health promotion and cognitive behavioral therapy, with the understanding that the mental health of employees and managers is a condition for organizational functioning, growth, and stability.
Today, I accompany organizations, management teams, and teams in the process of developing mental resilience and managerial identity. The work combines research-based tools from the world of CBT, mental training, and a systemic health promotion concept, with the goal of creating measurable change in functioning, communication, and leadership ability.
I believe that resilience is not an innate trait, but a skill that can be developed.
When an organization invests in developing the resilience of its people, it builds a stable competitive advantage over time.

The courage to change
Mental Resilience in Organizations
I am a Doctor of Health Promotion, a CBT therapist and a mental coach, specializing in developing personal and organizational resilience in the reality of stress, change and uncertainty.
I believe that resilience is not a theoretical concept but a management skill that can be developed.
When an organization invests in the mental health of its managers and staff, it strengthens the ability to make decisions, maintain clarity under pressure, and lead over time.
My model combines research-based CBT, mental training, and a systemic health promotion approach.
This combination allows for a shift from emotional overload to judgment, from reactivity to responsibility, and from burnout to stable and continuous functioning.
I accompany management, professional teams and organizations in in-depth processes that strengthen:
• Decision-making under pressure and uncertainty
• Emotional regulation and stress management
• Clear and proactive management communication
• Strengthening a sense of meaning and organizational connectedness
• Transition from survival function to conscious leadership
The work is carried out through in-depth lectures, experiential workshops, and support programs tailored to the organization.
The courage to change is not a one-time move. It is a process of developing resilience, creating a healthy organizational culture, and building a stable managerial identity. An organization that cultivates resilience does not just deal with crises.
It grows out of them.

How can I help?
